Overcoming learning barriers

Concepts for the development of a corporate culture that fosters learning : The partners in the project "Overcoming learning barriers“ have developed a holistic approach to training older employees, and particularly for R&D engineers and tried it out under practical conditions. The result is a manual in German and English, which offers interested companies individually applicable learning concepts, examples, self-tests, implementation tips and much more besides. This project started in 2000 and lasted 24 months.
