Ouvrir nos classes au monde et progresser ensemble par la Mobilité .
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

This project is aimed at 2 types of learners : - trainees Bac Pro TCVA (Technical advisers and sellers in Pet trade) and TCVJ (Garden Centre Sellers). - trainees Bac Pro SAPAT (Services to people) The European pet market is very different because the approach of the animal varies from a culture to another. This determines the kind of offer in living as well as in products, material and services according to the designing of outlets and specific legislation. The transnational exchange between professionals is great for both the students and trainers abroad concerning knowledge and know-how. In this field, the jobs do exist but just a few young graduates want to go abroad. This experience is a real opening on the European pet trade field and job opportunities and encourages mobility within France. We select host companies according to the trainee's professional plan. The student improvement is based on 5 activities defined by trainers and teachers. This will mainly develop skills in unusual fields in France such as marine invertebrates, reptiles and arachnids trading and handbreeding of great parrots. As far as the students SAPAT are concerned, this work placement abroad is an opportunity to learn about other protocoles in cares and services to people.People caring and legislation are different in each country in the health and social sector. At Cardiff and Sevilla, the students working in a day nursery offer entertainment and activities and surpervise babies and toddlers (changing nappies, helping in meals and so on). In Romania, they supervise children and pupils. In other host associations, the public will be children and women in crisis, elderly people and disabled children. This situation results in some willingness to work abroad with humanitarian NGOs or charities. The organization is based on an existing partnership since 2007. The network of partners includes Welsh, Belgian, Spanish and Romanian companies. The trainers are fully aware of their role and individual objectives that are presented by our correspondent when the trainees arrive. We manage the work placement research, accomodation and transports and the two teachers in charge of Erasmus+ are commissioned for this purpose. The companies and trainers supervising the trainees are also involved in the project and exchange with their counterparts on the objectives and outcomes of the placement. For all recipients, Erasmus+, the European CV and the Europass should promote their employability by broadening their professional skills and opening Mobility. It is also a human experience as it forges lasting links between professionals in the same field ; it is an opening on Europe, develops European citizenship and permits to discover its richness and diversity. For host companies in Europe, the work placement is an opportunity to share and exchange informations with the learners and the French trainers. European Mobility internships are full part in the projects of our school : they enrich the training plan, transversality and generates dynamics within the classmates. Our teaching methods are appreciated by our partners and presage the possibility of offering them intra-companies training proposed in our catalogue.
