The aim of project "Our Challenges-Our Future" is to promote active citizenship among youth and to motivate young people across Europe to take initiative in making decision processes in their local communities and work on intercultural dialogue.The objectives are this training course (TC) are the following ones: -To develop skills and knowledge about team work, communication, project cycle management, promotion, public relation and possibilities for funding of joint youth projects-To develop intercultural dialogue among youth from different background-To develop and strengthen cooperation among young people from different countries form EU and SEE-To give basic knowledge and motivation for personal development of the participantsThis project is connected with the work that we have previously done with partner NGOs from the Country together with our ministry for youth and sport. This training course is planned to be 7 working days long with 2 travel days. It will gather in total of 30 participants from 6 countries. This TC will take place in Kumanovo, Macedonia. Partner organizations are that will be involved in this project are: Macedonia, Italy, Romania, Turkey, Lithuania and Albania.The trainers will use non formal education by implementing, enforcing and educating about team work, communication (verbal and non verbal), intercultural dialogue, project cycle management, developing the project, public relations, projects promotions, mapping projects fund offer by donors, searching partners, anticipating risks during implementation of project, etc. An open discussion working method will be used, as well as group work, role plays, individual work as tolls to actively involve all the participants. During the TC we will organize a regional tour, which will offer organized meetings with local and international NGOs active in the field of youth projects.
