This project seeks to develop partnerships with organizations working with young people from rural and underdeveloped areas to encourage entrepreneurship among young people in these areas through the exchange of ideas , best practices , exploring the possibilities for development of own business or social idea. We will gather 25 youth workers, youth leaders and project managers from different ЕU countries, all with similar experiences , interests or future plans to work with young people who live in remote / rural areas. The training will be held within seven days at one of the most not developed regions in Bulgaria - Kotel. The main objective of the project is to discuss ways to promote creative entrepreneurship through non formal education in work with young people living in rural and remote areas and at the same time to build new partnerships between participants in the course. After finishing this course we want participants to provide opportunities and support to groups of young people from their countries in establishing their own business or social project. Training will be affected both formal and non formal, theoretical and the practical issue of how to make a good SWOT analysis and successful business plan. The main objectives of the course are: • Identification of key challenges and opportunities for young people in rural areas • Discussion of existing successful business or social projects made in various rural and not developed areas • Discuss what creative skills and resources are needed for young people to develop their own projects , as well as the ways in which they can obtain financing or additional training to work on them . • Increasing knowledge and skills among the participants in doing SWOT analysis and preparation of a good business plan • Implementation of new partnerships and exchange of contacts between organizations with similar interests. Catching the opportunity for creating follow-up activities such as seminars , exchanges, networking. • Sharing best practices and determine the preferred method of communication or creating a platform for sharing resources and ideas. This project responds to the need for more entrepreneurship in Europe and the high percentage of unemployed young people. Starting your own business or social project is a kind of self- work, which in itself could create new job for other young people and boost the economy at a regional level. Another thing that is essential is that this training and the follow-up activities may develop entrepreneurial spirit among young people in the not developed areas and to encourage them to act and take controlled risks.
