Osnaživanje zapošljivosti mladih u području novih tehnologija
Start date: Jun 1, 2014, End date: May 31, 2015 PROJECT  FINISHED

Six students and two professors mechanical engineering Technical School Sisak will be sent to vocational training and professional practice in the Federal Republic of Germany, Bavaria, district regen. At the same time the professors from the Technical School of Sisak of teaching programming and operating CNC machines to be disciples and companions. A vocational training area will be CNC production technology and production characteristic products on CNC machines. With German partner VHS from Regen was agreed that the vocational training will be carried out in positions in their daily work by using CNC machine tools. The vocational training will take place three weeks during the period from 30.09.2013. to 20.10.2013. Initial basic programming as well as handling of CNC lathe and milling machines were incorporated in the curriculum of the third year of mechanical engineering students of TŠS. That means that students of the fourth year education, which would go on to the vocational training, have mastered the basics of programming CNC machines, as well as handling CNC machines at the school workshop in the previous academic year . A such vocational training will be useful because the students will have the opportunity to work on production CNC machines with high technology. Objectives of IVT project with acronyms SPUCNCT are to improve students of TŠS their knowledge and skills in the field of CNC technology at all. This includes programming production CNC milling and lathe, operation and management with the CNC machines during production, and quality control systems. Expected outcome is that upon successful completion, students will get confirmation Europass certification by the host partner VHS. This confirmation and their new knowledge and skills gained by attending this three-week internship, will give students to be more competitive in the labor market in this requested and promising profession. Professional topics that will be covered in three weekly vocational training in which the students will be working with are: a) programming CNC mills and lathes - programming CNC machine according to the technical documentation, defining technological regimes of processing according to the material to be cut b) adjustment of machines and tools - definition of workpiece coordinate system attached to the machine, setting up the necessary tools to the machine, the machine tool calibration c) control of crafted items - the use of measurement and control techniques to control the workpieces between the phases of production, and on finishing at all as well d) boring subject - the use of specific techniques drilling for non-steel materials e) the maintenance of machinery and equipment - regular maintenance of the machine before, during and after the production process that includes machine control, oil pressure and air level control oil and emulsion lubrication, cleaning machine. Parallel to the unfolding of student obligations, teachers will improve in the field of CAD / CAM tools into practice through various seminars organized by the partners of the recipient. Besides the professional part of mobility, students will have the opportunity to visit cultural and historical attractions of district Regen. There will also be a visit organiniziran vocational school in Regen, where our students will have the opportunity to tour the local vocational school and talk with their colleagues from that school sharing experiences.
