This project aims to develop a new learning strategy in order to motivate students for the lessons, to study lessons more effectively and efficiently, to integrate technology into our courses and by this way to make students graduate from secondary school with having the appropriate requirements for university education in terms of foreign language and technological aspects. We made a need analysis in order to determine how to achieve this objective. By this project we will try to eliminate the factor which includes teacher training in terms of technology integration. In order to fulfill teacher training aspect of this study, we formed a project group consisting of three departments; project preparation, inspection and teacher selection. First mobility includes the training which will take place in Poland between the dates 2-11 August 2015 with the name "Web 2.00 Tools for effective Teaching and Project Work". The second mobility includes the training taking place in Cardiff between the dates 10-18 October 2015 with the name "Using English for teaching English. After these mobilities, we are planning to hold three different seminars in order to make the project outputs widespread. First seminar will be for all the teachers instructing in Duatepe Secondary School. The two others will be for teachers instructing in English and Maths and Science Courses. E-twinning will be used in order to share and discuss our project outputs. All the teachers taking place in these seminars are going to prepare a lesson plan which lasts for 40 minutes in our case. Teachers are going to get feedback from students about these plans and use the feedback to prepare the new learning strategy will be administered in 2016-2017 education year. At the end of the project, we expect our teachers *To be aware of the European Citizenship and different cultures *To become professional in the field of ICT *More lively and active classsrooms thanks to the new learning strategies and usage of technology in the classroom environment *Any time any place learnin and our students *to involve in the process of lesson preparation and therefore, won the courses much more *In order to improve themselves with respect to the courses prepared using technology, individual learning strategies.
