Context: The professional Orsel high school, situated to Oullins in the department of the Rhône, wishes to participate in the project Erasmus more in Spain so that the pupils are in touch with an European professional reality and to be in total dumping in the Spanish language. Objectives: The general objective is the following one: To organize a Period of Training(Formation) in Occupational environment in Spain allows to integrate(join) a part(party) of the reference table and to give meaning to the learnings(apprenticeships). It is the opportunity(occasion) for our pupils to discover a country, a culture and companies in the European Union. This action(share) joins in a more global approach(initiative): an opening on Europe, a will to develop the sense(direction) of the mobility of the young people. The educational objectives are the following ones: A) KNOWLEDGES: improvement of the level in language(tongue), bare of the Spanish culture and the business world in the host country. B) KNOW-HOW: communicate in writing and orally in Spanish, report realized activities C) SOCIAL SKILLS: adapt itself to a foreign occupational and cultural environment, take initiatives, become integrated into a team Number of participants: 2 teachers and 12 profile of the participants : pupils schooled in vocational high school diploma of the tertiary sector, having a minimum level B1 in Spanish, according to the CECRL. It is about stemming young people partially of disadvantaged social backgrounds, having no financial means to make an internship(training course) abroad. Activities: internship(training course) of 4 weeks in a company foreigner, cultural and linguistic dumping. Methodology: joint teamwork between teachers of both partners, lycée Orsel et Europroyectos agency,Choice of the local partner in Grenada, definition of the frame (executive) of the internship(training course) (dates, objectives, business sector, agreement(convention)) selection of the pupils, search(research) for host companies, distribution of the pupils by company, search(research) for host families, logistic organization of the travels(movements), the balance sheet(the assessment) and the global evaluation of the project, the certification Europass for the pupils, external communication on this project, points to be improved for the next flow. Impact for the pupils: - Acquire a first work experience abroad in an European countryActivities: internship(training course) of 4 weeks in a company foreigner, cultural and linguistic dumping.Methodology: joint teamwork between teachers of both partner establishments, with the possible support of an agency of Lyon.Choice of the local partner in Madrid, definition of the frame(executive) of the internship(training course) (dates, objectives, business sector, agreement(convention)) selection of the pupils, search(research) for host companies, distribution of the pupils by company, search(research) for host families, logistic organization of the travels(movements), the balance sheet(the assessment) and the global evaluation of the project, the certification Europass for the pupils, external communication on this project, points to be improved for the next flow.- To improve their knowledges to continuate studies- To make easier their possibility to find a jobImpact for the organizing team - Federate and revitalize the teachers on a project, - Diversify the educational approaches, - Know the pupils in another context, - Accompany the pupils in a requiring(demanding) project, - Live the mobility Impact for 2 concerned organizations : Establish a long-term partnership, favor the implication and the motivation of the staffs and the pupils, create a dynamism and an opening towards Europe of high schoolsLong-term advantages: continue the projects of European mobility, and envisage other projects such as school exchanges (pupils and teachers)
