This project replaces the former mobility project for training professionals (L/11/V/7001). Its aime is to allow SFPME agents (pedagogical counsellors and guardianship delegates) to improve their personnal and professionnal skills through the discovery of a different training system. Among potentiel activities of this project, there was study of the training system in Italy where mobility is targeted, orientation and guidance methods, young people supervision, teaching, training and evaluation tools, meeting and benchmarking with professional trainers. The mobility objectives for the participants is to gain information from other people's experiences so they will be able to improve guidance, supervision and evaluation of the apprentices and trainees of our own training center (efp). Long-term objective is to reduce school dropout and to improve global educationnal achievement, which will have positive impact of skills improvement, employability and labour market participation within the Brussels region.
