A complex program based on Christian values which aims at strengthening and developing cross-border public life, community and organizational relationships, developing people-to-people meetings and cooperation, popularizing Christian community, family and moral values and disseminating those mentioned before among citizens along the border.Activities: a week-long camp for the young and adults; training of community leaders; three one-day community meetings; “The river that connects” – flood memorial day; Christian Camp at the Szegedi Ifjúsági Napok (Youth Days in Szeged); four lectures on topics related to the notion of family; Day of craftsmanship; gala concert of the choirs of Nagybecskerek and Szeged Dóm in Nagybecskerek and Szeged. 14 programs, 4510 participants, emphasis on multilingualism, information and marketing materials. Achievements: All the 14 events planned have been completed successfully.These various programs succeeded in strengthening and developing cross-border public life,people-to-people communication and cooperation, popularizing Christian community, family andmoral values as well. The events offered an exceptional opportunity to draw in a high number ofvolunteers, popularizing and forcing the importance of voluntary work at the same time.We also put special emphasis on ensuring the publicity of the project with the use of severaldifferent tools of media.
