Demirci the eleventh biggest town has a population of 43.628. It is far from the city center and other towns about three hours. The difficulty of the transporation conditions due to the topoghraphy effects the socio-cultural developments of the individiduals. 70 per cent of the people make a living from farming and they cannot earn sufficient income. Our town’s not being on a transit road and not having sufficient work force area have directed our town totally to education. People’s having low economic income and insufficient socio-cultural activities decrease the living standards of the people in Demirci. In The 2013-2014 TR33 Region Plan of Zafer Development Agency. It has been emphasized that Manisa is the most advanced city according to its quantity and quality of vegetable production and its rate of vegetable gardens with various products. Mmoreover, the agency strongly suggested that organic farming should be done in Manisa.In our Project prepared in accordance with the agency’s suggestion, our aims are to develop the basic and technical/professional skills and competences of target grou and to make final beneficiaries aware of organic farming. It is also expected that our target group which consists of 2 vets, 2 agriculture engineers and 8 farmers will be motivated and eager to implementation of organic farming and livestock after they have participated in the education and activities organized by ECOCERT, the company in France which we have chosen among several companies. Experience of our target group in cultural and sightseeing tours in France will enable them to develop their personal and social competences in European citizenship.
