Open the European window on the youth in Cournon !

Concordia Auvergne and the Youth Service of Cournon, want to host in the frame of the EVS, a young russian girl for 12 months : Yulia. Her activities will be mainly linked to the animation with children (4/11 years old) and teenagers. The main objective of her project will be to bring an opening on the international dimension, the European citizenship and the cultural differences among the above-mentioned public. Thus, the volunteer will organise thematic workshops so that the youngsters will be able to express their points of views, opinions and actively participate to the activities of the Youth Service by focusing especially on the intercultural and intergenerational aspects of these initiatives. Moreover, this EVS will give to the volunteer the opportunity to discover France and our culture and to acquire new skills. It will also be a chance for the Youth Service to enrich its activities and to give to the team a new dynamic.
