A group of Slovenian youth does not want to accept the belief that there is nothing we can do to increase the degree of our employability. This is the reason why we initiate this project. Our main question is: What to do in order to raise our employability potential? each member of our group has agreed to work with biographical method-i.e. recording his or her personal story. each member will set his or her own goals and, through common project, will try to make them come true.We will working as a study circle and will have weekly meetings, where we will plan and lead our activities. We have already found young people from Belgioum, from Top vakation organisation, who already work the same topic. We will all visit the EU institution and try to identify opportunities for employment at the EU institutions. Together we are planning to create a movie, including our personal stories, which will show good practice examples of how to raise a person's career potentional.To raise the issue's importance and discuss the topic in question with anyone who can help youth with their employability ( i.e. employers, policy makers, media, etc. ) we are introducing a new '' open space methodology''. The project's outcomes will be published on a CD and in a manula, as well as in newspaper, on Internet youth portals, and elsewhere.
