Children and youth culture and art festival "Brick Art Festival" is one of the largest and most important annual cultural and artistic events for children and young people in Priekuļi county. The festival aim is to empower young Latvian artists, musicians, creative personalities to show themselves and at the same time to create colorful everyday life for children, young people and their families of Priekuļi county, by showing them the cultural and artistic diversity, inspiring them to develop creative skills and abilities.The main aim of the project is an international group of volunteers to plan, organize and implement non-formal educational activities and events for children and youth culture and art festival "Brick Arts Festival, 2016!" participants, focusing on volunteering, non-formal education, children and young people cultural and art importance in the society.In the project "Open mind - open horizons" implementation process ten young people with fewer opportunities from five European Union countries, in cooperation with Liepa youth center "Orange" volunteers: will contribute to the development of local communities living Liepa parish; will engage in organisation and implementation of children and young people cultural and art activities; will plan and organize non-formal education activities and events for the local community and after transferring the gained experience in the local community in their country.Project locations: Liepa Youth Center "Orange" and E.Veidenbauma museum "Kalāči", LATVIAImplementation period of project activities: 02/08/2016 - 31/08/2016
