Project objectivesTo establish Network of open dialog for education and training to contribute increasing the level of the qualification training of the students from the technical colleges in Yambol and Edirne according to necessities of the business in the cross-border region.The specific goals of the project are: To study the possibilities for future realization of the students from both colleges in the cross-border region and to evaluate the adequacy of the professional training of the graduating students.To examine the existing innovative practices in inter-disciplinary training and inter-professional education and to spread and put them into to practice in the cross-border region;To enhance the inter-disciplinary training and inter-professional education in accordance with the current trends in science and technology development and business needs;To stimulate the employment of young people in the region, so that they stay and work in the cross-border region;To provide qualified staff for the local businesses in the cross-border region;To contribute to the improvement of the management and language abilities of both graduating students and academic staff;To encourage graduating students to start their own businesses.
