The ERASMUS OUAT project will be only foocus any for members though any Mission Locale in Rhône Alpes with either a postgraduate status either with professional trainee of a minimum of 3 months abroad.
OUAT main actors
This project on the behalf of the URML/ARML will be developed and owned by its existing and well established international entity I.P.M
Every M.L. from the region Rhônes Alpes 49 in total will contribute to this project providing advices and information about the OUAT program. The 49 ML are receiving more than 120K contact from young people each year. We consider this as a non-negligible communication asset.
IPM will also benefit from the support of its usual social and informative network partners aiming to same direction, provide, inform, drive results. CRJJ, CIO, Pôle Emploi International Rhône Alpes which are all established within the student/works area.
Area of work :
1st selling point : Different languages, culture experience to learn and discover next door, we are European! Europe must be seen and introduced as a One Citizenship.
2nd selling point : though a professional experience, people will get an easier integration into the work market. This step works especially for those who have been abroad as it`s seen though HR feedbacks as a personal and professional growth.
3rd selling point : Improve and develop personal skills such a language, but also professional and personal competences.

To answer different needs according to different profiles, IPM offer a customized follow up for each young who wish to live the European or international experience. We attribute one unique point of contact before and after the departure.

An effort to different languages, culture and citizenship
Implement ERASMUS + as tool for youth and workers to integrate the market place and use it with the Service Public de l`Emploi which will allow 200 youngs to benefit from it.
Develop youth learner’s skills and knowledge that must be used in different life areas.
Optimize access and follow up from youth who are willing or/and have lived this experience.
The project will take place during 24 months. Departures will be made individually as well as grouped though four countries. We have five official and established partners in those three countries and benefits from professional advices according to work market satiation. Our young candidates are well informed and advised before, while, after their experience.
