We define ourselves as a learning organisation. Therfore it is immanent that all teachers can never stop learning. We would like to enforce the process of visible learning, the study of John Hattie, to see the learning process through the sudents eye. So we need to send our teachers for further education to profile them to experts, by minimalizing the organisational effort at the same time. The aim of the project is to improve the level of key competences and skills of our staff, including all teachers, as we use our experts and our expert teams (and tandempartners) as multipliers for all. We believe that everybody is willing to improve his/her teaching methods, therfore we promote participation in courses abroad, in order to foster the intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through increased learning mobility opportunities for teachers. So we promote good teaching our teachers to successful lifelong learning, which is sustainable and provides an advantage for the labor market.We, as a school, want to offer every teacher the opportunity to grow professionally and of course personally, because that will have a direct impact on the students personal development. The participants are all very engaged teacher, they will take their holiday times for the courses. They are told to bring their experience and their new knowledge into the different teams of the school. The participants are leaders in different schoolteams, therfore it is guaranteed that their knowledge will come into the system. They are in the position to design the special conferences and they are mentors for our young teachers, who just started teaching. They as mulitpliators of our school are very important. As well as we are committing the high teaching performance of the staff, in foster quality improvements, in particular through enhanced cooperation between teams and expert-teachers. So it is guaranteed, that the staff will benefit. These courses should enhance the professional knowledge of the teachers and improve the key competences of the students. The new knowledge will be fixed in the curricular and cross curricular actings.The managment team is interested in supporting their teacher of getting a bigger perspective, that is only possible through structured study visits because only there we can make sure that our teachers see experienced approaches of good teaching at a European high standard. It is known that highly educated teachers have a direct impact on the students ' achievement. Therefore we want our teachers to improve and learn about emotional strategies and classroom managment used in the classroom in order to finally raise the students self-esteem and confidence in their own classroom during the schoolyear. We want to give them the chance to interact with teachers of different European backgrounds, to built up a long life relation.We emphasise that our teachers have an open mind towards innovation and the are willing to learn about creativity and motivation, which is very important for us, because of our special Montessori system also about the culture of the different European countries and last but not least about reflecting teaching and also giving accurate and supportive feedback to collegues and students alike.
