Our school has decided to implement the project On one way to bring new innovations in teaching and its internationalization,participation of teachers and pupils at the school in international projects and contacts abroad. We need to gain international experience and to improve the language skills of teachers and students, so we can continue the initiated international projects (eTwinning and Europe Meets School), started in our school mobility and continue with them, increasing the language skills of students and improve their chances at European labor market. We also want to participate in key events Erasmus + 2, so far as partners, so increasing the linguistic competence and acquiring international contacts are crucial for us.The aim of our project is innovation of teaching methods and its internationalization, involvement of teachers and pupils at the school in international projects and contacts abroad. Gaining international experience and comparing our teaching methods with the latest trends in education abroad. Partial goals are then increase language competency management of school and other teachers, getting to know and deepen knowledge and skills related to new methods of English language teaching ESL for first and second degree, communicative approach to teaching English language and new methods of teaching English to children with special educational needs, sharing these acquired skills both inside and outside our organization (in the framework of international cooperation), starting mobility in our school.Our project involves seven employees of our school - the school director, project coordinator (teaching English at primary and secondary grade), school counselor, teacher at the primary and secondary grade and qualified teachers of English at primary and secondary grade of our school.We need to improve the language skills of school management and school counselor because of the migration of European Union citizens to our country to be able to communicate with parents who are not native Czech speakers. Due our location near the capital city of Prague is the likelihood of pupils with different language more, and therefore we feel the need to continue to improve the language skills of teachers and school management, we are able to offer the same education as other schools in the European Union.At present, we applie to our school CLIL in German language teaching in some subjects (geography, biology, mathematics, civics) at the secondary grade, and we want this method to introduce in the English language - at secondary as well as at last years of primary grade. Therefore, we need to improve language skills teacher, who teaches at our school educational area Man and Health and Man and his world, and she wants to take advantage of these subjects CLIL.Project coordinator and teachers of English wishing to attend these courses in methodology - Young Learners ESL, ESL Teenagers, communicative approach in teaching English language and methodology of teaching ESL for pupils with specific learning disabilities (inclusive education).The project will be implemented through the mobilities of selected participants in the courses in the UK that will best meet the mobility needs of the participants and our school. Mobility will take place after the end of follow-up activities. At our school, within the framework of methodological and subject associations transmit the participants mobilities their newly acquired knowledge and skills. With other teachers these skills and knowledge will be shared in electronic form through a common repository of school. These presentations will be offered to methodical associations in other schools in the region, such follow-up work will be sharing these acquired skills both inside and outside our organization, as well as in the framework of international cooperation, it will start the mobility in our school.The expected impact of the project On one way is professionalization of participants, transfer of the latest knowledge and teaching methods into the environment of a small village school. Our organization project will bring innovation and internationalization of education, increased opportunities to participate in other international projects and to continue existing. Another expected impact of the project is to improve the language skills of school management and school counselor to actively communicate with the parents of pupils who are not native Czech speakers. Using new methods will also increase interest in learning and increasing pupil participation in the education process.The long-term expected impact is to increase the language skills of all 294 students at our school and to improve their future position in the European labor market.
