The purpose of the project is to promote olive industry activity in the border area of Gorica hills and Collio Vipavska Valley region of Gorizia, Provinces of Trieste, Gorizia, Pordenone, Treviso, Padua and Ravenna. Research and continuous study of olive oil in the preparation of studies, the conservation of indigenous varietal property, supplementing and disseminating science in respect of each phase of the production chain. Expected Results: Research and study the quality of olive oil and the potential olive industry, propagation of reproduction of native varieties and seedling production, the implementation of training for local evaluation committees for sensory evaluation of oil, procurement of equipment necessary for the implementation of the production chain, the implementation of training for beneficiaries, the strategy of branding UE-LI -A and its protection
