The project will be carried out under the coordination of Giresun Province National Education Directorate, managers- assistant managers working in schools in different types and levels in our province and field chefs / branch heads are the participants of the Project. A total of 40 participants in the project will participate in the mobility activities. Mobility programs designed as three flow will be held in Holland. Under the Project in Giresun, it is aimed that managers- assistant managers in different types of schools that have the administrative tasks changes and the field chef / branch heads who are their closest working partners will recognize different dimensions of training leadership process and practical skills will be developed. Teachers and administrators are forced because in our country 12-Year Compulsory Basic Education system was be implemented without giving adequate in-service training, places of many school managers have been changed with the manager rotation application and then many school managers- assistant managers were dismissed and the new ones were appointed with appointment of administrators regulations. the school management is seen as the basis of training administration and the most difficult and also the main part. School administrators must have a reliable and dynamic character who enable the granting of administrative decisions and mobilizes the organization in accordance with this decision . the need to use human and material resources in the organization effectively is expressed for school administrators can perform the educational process in the interests of the country and in accordance with the understanding of contemporary education. The school manager is the person who is primarily responsible for the management of schools and school programs, learning and the school's success. Therefore, the success or failure of the school is explained by the success or failure of the manager in a way. Legal power and authority owned by the manager as the most authoritative person in the management of the school are not sufficient in managing the school and making it successful. Moreover, it can be mentioned that school administrators need to have a variety of competences. One of them is the need that the school administrators must be a good leader and training leader especially. The school manager is the person who provides the necessary resources for the realization of learning, prepares the environment, simplifies learning how and so makes leadership for learning. If a variety of school manager’s tasks are referred from, depending on the main function of the school "to provide learning" the school manager must allocate his/her most time in school for education- training and works related learning In this changing process, the school managers’ and their working partners’ qualifications which belongs to 'Training leadership' process should be increased. In the Project prepared and and coordinated by the provincial education directorate,organizing of educational leadership training courses for the target groups which is among managers standards in many countries of the European Union is expected. Target achievements of participants which will be certified at the end of the information meetings, practical trainings and training program that will consist of workshops : The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to the Board of School Vision and Mission The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to School Program and Learning Management The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to Monitoring and Evaluation of Student Development The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to Development of School Staff The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to Management of School Climate and Culture The development of knowledge and behavioral skills that belongs to Management of School Environment Winning the instructional leadership behaviors As a result of participants achievements obtained by the project , achieving success of the school administrators as an educational leader in our city schools and close working partners on determining the school's mission, managing educational programs and the development activities of school’s learning climate are expected.
