Our project is about 'fighting against early school leaving '. The starting point of our project is the number of the student that left school during 2014-2015 Educational Year. 498 students started at the beginning of the year but 42 of them left the school in time(23 of them was the girls). Our staffs have no ecperience about reducing early school leaving. To reduce the rate of school drop we plan some activities. A project team will be created to implement all project activities. The project team consist three people (headmaster, vice headmaster and English teacher). We plan to make a meeting to introduce the project and its goals. Our all students, our teachers, All adminisraters in Local Directorship of National Education and local media will participate this meeting. Our 7 staff will take a course named "How to motivated the students to finish the compulsory eucation"in Nederland. Their main goal in this course is to observe the education systems in the other countries in detail and to apply in our school. As in the course programme for a week; to use 8 fighting techniques with early school leaving and to use creative methods and techniques in fighting with early school leaving, to communicate effectively, to use informal methods in formal education, to use creative strategies from beginning to end, feedback. After this course, they are going to use this experience at school. Firstly with teachers and students and then with parents step by step. They are going to search for the main reasons of this problem and they are going to make actions and they are going to find a solution for ''early school leaving ''problem. In the end, potantial 'early dropping of the school' will be prevented and the previous ' drop offs the school' will be reduced and the probable school drop offs will be prevented. The team will give a seminar to 20 schoolsaround the city center to at least 100 teachers or school administraters to give informations and share the experiments. These schools will selects especially the districts with that problem (Kale , Dere, Muratpaşa, Yeşilyurt, Zafer, Saray districts). The team will communicate with the students on this subject and the parents of them that located in the problematic areas. They will organise a seminar that will raise awareness. The seminar will be hold for 100 parents. On this project all the social platforms will be used. We will share all project activities and project results by using our school web site, local media and social media( facebook, twitter and instagram). The schools and the teachers around the city will be informed about the project (local and national media, posters etc). The main goal of the projec is to reduce early school leaving and to reduce the rate of drop outs of students by enhancing new knowledge and experiences to our all staffs. We plan to reduce this rate % 80 and to provide students to benefit from education at maximum level. Our second goal is to make an cooperation with parents to reduce early school leaving and to make an awerness about the importance of education among the parents.
