The main objective of the project is to promote social, economic and spatial development establishing and promoting cross-border cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses, business organizations and local governments supporting the entrepreneurship. Achievements: 1. Facility for cross-border cooperation in the form of business support services fully operates in Elk (Poland) and developed in Oziersk (Russia).2. Joint promotion and marketing activities are carried out contributing to the availability of the access to up-to-date and reliable information necessary for establishing of a business, to the stimulation of joint trade and investment through the implementation of marketing actions, to the gathering and sharing of information on the labour market situation in partner regions.3. Knowledge of 30 unemployed participating in trainings on entrepreneurship, fundraising, increased.4. Cooperation between 20 entrepreneurs from Oziersk and 20 from Elk is established.5. Awareness of the social network marketing and innovations in technology is increased.6. Motivation and active job search among the unemployed involved in the project are increased – 10 unemployed have started their own business.7. Number of professional consultations for businesses and individuals willing to launch own business is 864.8. Counselling with total number of 1152 hours provided within the framework of the project.
