Our association was founded in 2008, it carries on business with 24 villages in the area of Szekszárd with local governments, businesses, non-governmental organizations operating there. It's main activity is the rural development, urban development, in accordance with the youth work environment, awareness raising, arranging knowledge-transfer courses, pro-active social engagement, project generation.The association is aimed at increasing the competence of adult education staff. The five week long Ecovillage Design Education course is based on declared principles and proprietary training curriculum by by the Findhorn Foundation and the Gaia Education (Gees Global Ecovillage Educators for a Sustainable Earth). The aim is to develop a training package which can be utilized in the sign of renewal, involving other experts in the adult education. It offers an alternate lifestyle for the rural low-skilled adults and youth sector, which contributes to increasing the training capacity of the population of the rural areas, ecological and community building conscious lifestyle. One person is involved in the course, the work organization leader of the organization, economist, European Manager. The leader of the work organization of four people has a significant role in creating the local development strategy, and is the contact person between the presidency of 9 and the general meeting (membership) of 76 people.We plan to increase the number of people living consciously, increase number of people farming in alternate ways, reduce use of chemicals in agriculture, increase principles of sustainability and using renewable energies in architectural solutions. The organized courses and model provides alternative livelihood opportunities for low-skilled unemployed social classes. The social impact of the project goes beyond the effects listed in the previous paragraph, the rural area is able to renew in an alternate way, the process of migration to urban areas is reduced. The organization aims to be involved in the educational model of international youth exchanges, EVS and Workcamp networks such approach could represent an international level.
