Excited Students to Learn Our school has a vision of teachers who wish to renew itself in every respect with the administrative personnel. The biggest issues academically in our institution is that there is a huge gap between students as seen in the test exams. Only exam-oriented thinking of successful students in the school kills the excitement of learning. When we face our students with the questions of PISA and TIMSS which are applied in international standards, we see that they are quite inadequate. We see that it results from that they are not motivated because they have problems in establishing ties with their teachers, weakness in the classroom negotiation skills, be unsuccessful in social interaction, self-esteem, lack of empathy and communication skills, inability to teamwork skills due to the effectiveness of competitive-based activities, being inadequate in lifelong learning and creative thinking habits. Our teachers almost become fully adapted to traditional methods due to occupational boredom and monotony is set. All these problems will make our project exactly coincide with the goals and objectives we expected from it. We believe that we will be getting resolved the problem at the end of this training. From our institution, where we are a total of 42 trainers, 11, teachers have been involved in our project to become proficient in new approaches to education. Our project is planned to last for 12 months. Our participants for the project will go abroad in the groups of 4 and 3 because they feel anxious as they have no experience of being abroad. Our Project will be by three mobilities to two different countries at different times. after the adoption of our project, we will found a Project council and this committee will be responsible for the planning of all activities. The trainings that we take in the project courses will enhance the horizons of our teachers and give them the knowledge and the skills to handle with the problems that mentioned above. They will also have the chance to see innovative educational approaches implemented in Europe both theoretically and practically. With these trainings, trainers will complete our professional and personal development and will be more experienced and useful in the process of application. Our participants with innovative educational approaches will think events critically, can use information technology effectively, have a sense of improving their self-confidence and communication skills. Besides, sharing their experiences with other colleagues makes them enthusiastic for sharing. Our staff that is trained in innovative teaching approach will use of this approach in their classes such as with drama activities, activities by using technology and activities based on improving their communication skills. These trainings in our project are applicable to classes of almost every branch of the teacher in innovative approaches. Students can use of information technology in this approach, learning by creative drama. Thanks to these trainings, we will have students who are sharing, self-confident, excited to learn and social instead of being comparative and test-oriented. Participants during the course we have defined will have the opportunity to see the cultures of the countries they go and get to enjoy the recognition. In this way, they will present Turkish cultures to where they go. Thus, there will be cultural interaction and also have the opportunity to increase their competence in foreign languages. Thanks to this project, our organization will have gained experience at international level for the first time. This will be an example to other schools in the region where we live. This project experience will be carried out in different European projects in the future.
