The aim of this study is to introduce new and different approaches used in teaching and educating session to teachers and prove teachers gain the ability of applying these new techniques at classrooms. Consequently between the 10th-16rd of April 2016 twelve teachers chosen by our School Teachers Committee and an administratior from our school will take a course in Joenseuu,Finland.This course will last in 5 days. Our teachers will have the opportunity to see school buildings,understand teaching methods,teaching teaching programmes and observe learning-teaching organisations closely.They wil also be able to compare programmes followed by in Finland with the one followed by Türkiye.Before our movement to Finland our teachers will take a foreign language course by our ELT teachers for twelve days,so they will have practised their foreign language knowledge. At the end of this course, our teachers will learn new and different approaches which are used during education period and with evaluation of education and they can gain skills to use in their classes and lectures. Also, with the help of European Community Cooperation activities: We can observe the prominent education system of the Finland and we can compare it with our system to what they do during and after aducation different from us and determine our deficiencies, and this observation can help us to determine solutions and provide proposals on the issue. We will give seminars and lectures to tell about the skills, experiences and new educational approaches that come off throughout European Community Cooperation activities in our school and in schools neighbourhood. Also, our schools strategic plan will be rewieved and renewed with the experiences we gained throughout our European Community Cooperation activities
