Odważnie do Europy - międzynarodowe praktyki zawodowe szansą dla uczniów Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych
Start date: Jun 1, 2015, End date: May 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

„Courageously to Europe - international apprenticeship opportunity for the students of the School of Economics" provides for foreign internships for 48 students in grades III of The School of Economics in Opole, learning in the professions of economist, logistics specialist and phototgraphy technician. Students will undergo internships in the three countries of our with NGO partners ie: Italy (YouNet), United Kingdom (GEB London) and Germany (Berufskolleg Lehnerstraße). The proposed internships respond to the problems of the modern labour market. Through vocational education and training, we want to raise their professional competence and language skills, to refine their ability to work in a team (in an international environment), increase their chances of finding a job after graduation and encourage them to learn foreign languages. Additional objectives of the project will be: the promotion of foreign internships in the region, increasing the attractiveness of schools by expanding vocational training, increasing students' cultural awareness and tolerance, establishing close cooperation with international partners and companies located in other European countries. Implementation of the project will consist of three stages: 1. Preparation (pedagogical, language course and logistics), 2. Implementation, 3. Evaluation. For each mobility (Italy - 2 groups, Germany, England), we will carry out the preparatory phase before departure, implementation and evaluation of mobility. At the end of all mobilities, final evaluation will be carried out. The planned dates for mobility are: Italy, Germany - May 2016, England, Italy - May 2017. The project responds to the deficits diagnosed among schools and students. With the implementation of the project, participants will acquire new professional competences, skills and knowledge, which will make them more attractive in the labour market. Their increased competence will contribute to the development of the region. Teaching staff will gain new experience, which will increase the quality of education in the school. Implementation of the project will increase the European dimension of our school. In addition, the project will contribute to the future GDP growth (when our graduates will utilise their international contacts in their professional life).
