Thanks to this location, the workshop offers a combination of historical knowledge along with the methodological and ICT in the context of Mediterranean culture. The main goals of the project are: improving teachers' competences which deal with teaching methods, innovations, introducing European educational programmesand increasing the effectiveness of the key competences such as using IT and communication in foreign languages. A very impotant issue is a better understanding of "good experience", strategies and systems in educating the youth in different EU countries as well as dissemination of experiences through supporting the process of creation of "lifelong learning". It is also important to raise an awareness among teachers of the need of introducing changes in terms of modernization and being open-minded on multicultural society and various educational institutions. The next purpose of the project is to promote the mobility via increasing multinational education process and showing the teachers that the appropriate process of education has a great influence on finding an attractive job by the students. For our local society the most important goal is t give people from this village equal opportunities of education and prevent from different forms of social discrimination such as lack of ICT skills. The general aim is to gain a better work qualityand innovative activities for students in daily school's life. One of the tools usedwhile running the project will be autoevaluation survey SWOT expressing individual teachers' needs and measuring the final effect of the project. During the project the teachers will use social networks (such as Facebook and Twitter) and other websites and softwarefor educators ( such as eTwinnning, Europass, etc.) The most important effect of the project will be: raising awareness among the teachers and indicating the areas which need to be improved as well as working out the activities to place the school's organizational standards on the European level. Moreover, the teachers will acquire new skills in teaching the key competences such as using ICT and communication in foreign languages. It is also important to raise teachers' cultural awareness in the context of EU, to exchange "good experience" and place the school's management on the European level. In the local area the prime goal is to present our school as European educational institution which incorporates the idea of "lifelong learning"'. It will be a positive factor to encourage other schools to take part in similar projects.
