The applicant for this grant in a programme Erasmus+ is Special and Vocational school called Střední odborná škola a Střední odborné učiliště SČMSD, Žatec, s.r.o. The Restaurant Václav in Cottbus, Germany is a partner organization. The aim of this project is the best preparation of our students for their future profession, which can help them in the labour market in the Czech republic and other foreign countries. There are 20 participants who will be in their practice for 6 weeks in 10 terms from September 2015 to March 2017.14 of them are students of our vocational school. We will realize language, special and culture preparation for all participants in our school.We will arrange their health and responsibility insurance and their transport to the place of educational stay.Accomodation and boarding is a work of audience organization. Students will work individually in the kitchen and restaurant according to the timetable – 7 hours shifts for 5 days. Participants will cook meals different from the Czech cuisine,they will apply new technological methods, use new gastronomical equipment, they will know serving meals in other countries of EU and eating habits of other nations.Except these special authorities they will solve usual occupational problems. We will check this educational stay and oversee progress of our students. After finishing this stay participants will get the Europass mobility confirmed by both ogranizations and the partner organization Certificate. After that we will organize participants meetings with other students of gastronomical classes. This project will be presented in local and regional media. The importace of this project is longliving, because it supports education of students, their language and working skills and helps them to find a job. It can help to lower the youth unemployment.
