Odborné stáže pro studenty středních škol a dospělé odborníky

Project Vocational intership for secondary school students and adult professionals aimed to promote vocational and technical education in region of South Moravia. Project is based on cooperation between District Chambre of Commerce Hodonin and six vocational schools from this region. Our goal is to provide opportunity to participate on learners mobility to 29 students of vocational schools and 6 vocational education workers. Mobilities of student were realized for students of following branches of cabinet maker, cook/restaurant service, optician, masseur, mechanic of plumbing and electrical engineering devices, mechanist adjuster, graphical design. Participants were students of 3rd and 4th grade of vocational schools. Project also includes mobility of staff which aimed to provide practical experience with politics, projects, activities and other means of support promoting vocational education and enterpreneurship. Participants of staff mobility were employees of OHK Hodonín with expertise in promotion of vocational education and enterpreneurship in education. Students undertook 4 week long internships in private companies from their field of education in order to adopt new professional techniques and method. Learners and staff mobilities were aimed to promote transfer of knowledge and experience between practical and theoretical field, to promote transfer of best practice and sharing of knowledge across Europe. To achieve these goals, students worked under supervision of experienced tutors on technical tasks. Participants also improved their language skills, communication, flexibility and their value at common European manpower market. During staff mobilities, our employees will participate in discussions, excursions to relevant organisations, lectures from experts on promotion of vocational education and enterpreneurship in education, observation of examples of good practise and inovative solutions. Long-term benefit of these activities can be also found in multiplication effects such as improvement of education process at participating schools, increase in interest of students in vocational education and involved branches.
