Odborná praxe v zahraničí
Start date: Aug 23, 2016, End date: Sep 22, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

Students from the Secondary School of Gastronomy and hospitality services , specifically students specialized in hotel services, businessstudies and vocational students specialized in cooking, waitressing and confectioning will be joined into the project in two runs. The school would like to provide the students with an opportunity to take part in a foreign training course focused on their field of study in Great Britain (London), where they will be able to check and improve their language skills as English is one of the compulsory subjects of these specializations in our school. Due to the fact that we have achieved establishing successful relations with our English partner in London and because of good experience from our previous projects, the same organization has been chosen as our partner organization. This organization has long-lasting experience with managing similar projects and is highly competent to arrange a wide range of professional training stations (restaurants, catering services, hotel services, organizations and services in tourism) and has experience with the introduction and realisation of the system ECVET that will be implemented for the first time in our project and will lead to improving the quality of mobilities abroad. The second run leads to Slovakia, where we have an established partnership with the partner – Hotel and Congress Centre. The object of that project is to integrate those students to the project, who are professionally skillful and efficient but have problems with foreign language communication and for that reason have been excluded from the projects so far. Principal objective of that project is bigger motivation in their professional field of education. In the case of this partner the system ECVET will be also implemented that will be beneficial for both the sending and the receiving organization and will help to improve not only the present but also future projects.Runs of mobilities of the students of mentioned specializations will be realised in two week trainings during the period of the project. Foreign training course will enable the students to meet new forms of work organization in real background and to motivate them for further education in both professional and language form. Foreign training courses organized by our school lead to fulfillment of our School Educational Programme, which emphasizes as big interconnection with real training in the form of continuous and suspended trainings as possible. Selected students will participate in those trainings abroad. The main aim of the project is to improve quality of professional preparation, to boost professional skills thanks to the introduction of the system ECVET and thanks of it also to the possible introduction of units of learning outcomes during the vocational training going in school and by social partners, as well as during the practical vocational subjects. The project aims is also to help in orientation on labour market and to strengthen participants´positions on labour market as well. Another object is to motivate primarily vocational students to build up their professional qualification in an appropriate way, to support and cultivate the exchange of professional experience and to varify the ability of communication in foreign languages. In this way, students will learn about other country, other working and social culture, moral and lifestyle. Therefore intercultural aspect is significant and important part of the mobility project. Participants will attend preparation courses before the short-term foreign training, where they will improve their skills in particular foreign language and take part in cultural preparation focused on particularity of the given country. Students will note the training course in the form of diaries and project team together with the students will evaluate the course of the trainging and the results will be used for other school activities. Our school in co-operation with the project partners will arrange handing over the certificates of participations in the training and handing over the documents – Europass – mobility. The project will be continuously evaluated and presented on the school website, during various school events and in local press. The foreign training will be focused on both practical skills and theoretic knowledge improvement, foreign language communication support, mobility, flexibility of young people and ability of team work with the main aim to provide the best and the highest quality training for future career and with a reference to perspective of breaking through in the competitive environment of European labour market.
