Middle School of Business, Crafts and Services seeks long-term growth and stabilization on the market in the field of education and participation in the project in terms of Erasmus + was a prestige for this school. This activity contributes to improving the quality and bigger atractivity of vocational education provided by the school. Foreign partner was the Polish high school Zespol Szkol Nr 2 im. Prof. Tadeusz Kotarbińskiego w Dzierzoniowie, which was selected based on several years of mutual cooperation. The main aim of the project "Professional Practice in Poland" was to enable students participation in professional practise in abroad with good, develop their personality, language and vocational skills by this way increase their chance on good employment on the labor market. On the project in two runs two-week was participate thirty selected pupils, students of cooking (10 persons), carpenters (10 persons) and a plumbers (10 persons). Those students were in second and third year of thein education program. Students were selected by the school, who was interested in professional practise, who had good results, and who was without absence. Into the project were involved students from socially weak environment, who had not financial support from their parents. Internships were implemented in the months of May 2015 and October 2015 on the contracted workplaces (by the field) or on the school workplaces by partner schools. Students of cooking had practical training completely in gastronomic establishments by partners school with modern equipment, where they were prepairing the Polish national food. Carpenters and plumbers had practical training in schools contracted workplaces, which are part of the vocational training centers and are controlled by Czechs, the guarantors of the quality of vocational training. Carpenters and plumbers were working on real orders in companies in which they were enrolled. All participantss of internships used the gained knowledge from the theoretical lessons of the field, look into the functioning of the companies abroad, familiar with the work discipline of local employees, with the rules of behavior in the workplace, the boss and to workmates, acquired good work habits and they have good progress in language and professional knowledge. In addition, the cooks have created a cookbook of collected recipes, carpenters drafted a three-dimensional mechanical object with complete documentation. All participants of internships received a certificate of participation of internship and Europass Mobility. The project also included a cultural and sports program, which enriched the participants on social perception, allowed them to experience the culture, history and customs of another country and strengthen intercultural relations in a common Europe. School deepen international cooperation, gained methodology and materials will also serve for other students and teachers in school, education will be interesting for the students and will be tailored to the labor market. School outputs of internships will be used in recruitment activities of future students from primary schools. The results and the course of the internship were presented to the public in the press, on the school board, on the school website and social networks. Target - realisation of a two-week internship in Poland for 30 students of the Secondary School of Business, Crafts and Services was achieved.
