Target group of the project "Work practice abroad" are the students of Business Academy in Levice. The project reacts to changing labour market needs and the movement of workforce in the united Europe. Main objective of the project is to provide participants the possibility to go through vocational training in a foreign working environment, to strengthen their specialist knowledge and improve practical skills leading to better and easier employability at the European job market. 24 students of our school will take part in the project in two flows - in autumn 2014 and in spring 2015. Partner organisation in Britain is ADC College in London. Theoretical and practical knowledge of participants will be implemented into activities as: office work, work with office and computer hardware, work with office and economic software, work with business correspondence, ICT work, e-communication, etc. The project will support participants´ communication skills in English language, especially in the field of terminology, which will enable them to be competitive at the European job market. Project participants will get to know the country and people´s lifestyle, their mentality and values. That will enrich their personalities and develop their interpersonal and intrapersonal competences. The results of the project will be disseminated on local, regional and national level.
