The EOI is also a teacher training school through CALC and CEFOR courses. After having analized the staff training necessities, the main reason to apply for this project is to offer the 10% of the EOI teachers the possibility of updating their knowledge and methodology in order to improve their motivation in the classroom and their professional competences.
