The context of the project is the need to combat early resignation of vocational education. It becomes necessary to ensure the job prospects of young people preparing to enter the labor market. Family Center Foundation project concerned the finding areas of cooperation between the school environment and family. Young people who leave school early are more at risk of long-term unemployment, poverty and crime. The aim of the project was the acquisition by the participants competence in innovative solutions that can be used in areas of cooperation between the school environment and family. This is an opportunity to prevent early school leaving vocational education. Improved and acquired competences of the participants in the form of knowledge, experience and changing attitudes constitute learning outcomes. The specific objectives of the project: 1). Raising the competence of members in the determination of co-operation between the school environment and family. 2). Increasing the quantity and quality of international relations specialists in the context of preventing early school leaving Early School Leavers (ESL) 3). Transfer of innovative solutions in the area of ??good practice in the field of cooperation between the school environment - the family environment. Duration of the project was set at 12 months. Date from 01.11.2014 to 31.10.2015. The project participants were counselors, teachers, trainers, tutors in companies and school workshops a total of 16 participants. Participants showed a need to know, what are the ways to build cooperation between the school environment and family in order to prevent interruption of vocational education. The special needs of the participants was the transfer of existing initiatives at EU level in the area of ??cooperation: the school environment - the family environment in terms of the proper choice of profession among young people. The project involved organizations przyjmuj?ceFundazione Onlus of Don Orione from Italy and VHS - Lippe -West Germany. Implementation of the project included the preparation and departure for observation / job shadowing to the partner institutions. Mobility period, which was one week was chosen to be adequate for the expected results and creating favorable conditions for achieving the objectives of the project. Partners were chosen because of the good knowledge of the field project - preventing and reducing early resignation of vocational education. Observations / Job Shadowing took place in environments characterized by cultural diversity in social systems. The results of the project are raising the professional competence by 16 participants, which consisted of the expanded knowledge, experience acquired, developed skills. The result is to make news contacts with specialists from similar thematic areas in terms of ESL. The result is a transfer of new solutions from Germany and Italy. There has been development of inter cultural sensitivity and language competence in the field of specialized vocabulary. Project implemented under the Erasmus + gave the possibility of change and renewal of thinking in the subject of common European interest.
