Plan History: The development plan of our school had fundamental goal the improvement of the teachers skills in new pedagogical methods (programming, robotics, STEM). During the course, the participants learned the importance of programming in everyday needs and education. Plan goals: 1. Learning new teaching techniques 2. Embedding of educational robotics in everyday educational procedure 3. Take advantage of the european character of our school Profile of the participants: The teachers had been chosen by the school faculty. They had experience in educational robotics, they had publish relative papers and had implemented many european projects. Methodology for the implementation of the plan: 1. Email list 2. Cooperative authoring tools (googledocs etc.) Probable long-term benefits: 1. Enrichment of the study courses 2. Participation in future acts of european mobility
