Ambition is the fire burning inside to achieve something. Ambition is the engine behind our motivation en generates our power and will to succeed. With the project Ambition for success we aim to hand students from diverse cultural backgrounds the tools to realize their ambitions. After an inspiring opening conference where leading speakers like Elisa Carter, CFO of Erasmus MC, will share their vision on ambition and their experience on the road to success. 10 students will get the chance to participate in a unique training program. For 4 weeks a selection of highly ambitious students will be able to gain valuable knowledge, skills and experience through an intensive training program given by a successful business professional. The students will obtain the essential skills necessary to realize their ambitions. On June 2 there will be an exciting final conference where we will announce the winner. In addition, an inspiring presentation will be given by a renowned professional, Ference Lamp, the CFO of SNS Reaal. The winners of Ambition for Success will be followed for a whole year to see his and her journey towards the realization of their ambitions and their success.
