The project was a response to the educational needs of students ZSM in Swidnica. Knowledge of modern technologies used in mechanical engineering and automotive will be very usefull for the students which graduates of the school. It will help them to meet the expectations of their employers in labor market. With the high quality of internship students are better prepared for their profession. Due to the extremely dynamic development of technical thought, not only they enriched their theoretical knowledge, but learned to use it in practice. In addition, it increased students' awareness of the need to learn throughout life, which is continuously expanding their knowledge and skills. With the experience gained, the project participants have become more competitive in the labor market. In addition to the professional skills, the project had a huge educational values. Students shaped his personality and work culture. They increased their self-esteem and motivation to learn. The project participants were recruited from among the students of third and second year in the profession: vehicle mechanic and technician. The training program was implemented in accordance with the requirements and core curriculum for the profession. It was also enriched by a number of elements relevant for the activities of companies in which the students have apprenticeships.
