The project was designeas as 14-days vocational training for 31-people group selected from among the students of the School in Minsk Mazowiecki in Greece. Project background: Vocational training, entrepreneurship development, improvement of prospects for the European labor market The project objectives have been achieved by all the parties (the European Regional Development Foundation, School in Minsk Mazowiecki): - The development of new skills and professional knowledge, and to improve previously held skills of young people in their profession - Farmer, where the most important were those related strictly to the theme of the project, both in practical and theoretical transferred by professionals working in Greek agricultural enterprises. - Improving self-esteem and self-reliance of participants, and the ability to work effectively in a group, including in difficult and stressful. - To familiarize the participants with the culture of Greece, to assist them in opening up to other countries and cultures and to encourage international networking and, consequently, take similar initiatives (including training and exchange) in the future. - Promotion of European Union programs in the field of mobility for young people, including training abroad. - To increase and improve cooperation among organizations active in the field of activities for vocational training and youth mobile activity, and also increase the potential and the attractiveness of these organizations, - Improving foreign language skills, and to encourage their learning by drawing attention to their huge role in today's rapidly changing world. Activities included the preparation of students for EFRREG and Schools in Minsk to leave, as well as apprenticeships, which took place in one of the companies active in the agricultural sector in Greece. The preparation phase included the selection of candidates, meetings with them, the preparation and implementation of courses cultural, linguistic, and social courses aimed at preparing students for the planned training. The same 14-day period of training is daily activities and work under the supervision of professionals and experts of the host organization, which allowed students to look at the realities of the agricultural enterprises in Greece, with the basics of management, cultivation methods in Greece, used machinery and technologies as well as effective management of available resources. All this has promoted also the acquisition of certain social skills such as the ability to work in a group, make responsible decisions in difficult and stressful situations. Every day, in addition to the practices of participants it has been proposed as a cultural program that allowed them to familiarize themselves with Greece by opening them to other cultures and societies. The whole was summed up by experts, as well as carers, whose opinions have been used for the preparation of the report. . Methodology - workshops, visits in professional agriculture companies, agriculture cooperatives, internships at working stations, cultural and social activity. Achieved results: - All participants are better prepared for the profession, towards which they are trained; - development of the knowledge in the field of applied farming methods, - use of modern technology - development of kowledge about the EU's role in rural development, - new skills that include support for machinery and equipment related to the modern enterprise agricultural activities associated with the production process, as well as the achievement of its objectives through effective use of resources - learning about cooperative action with the rest of the team. - students were also tought to realize how important foreign languages are, especially when they think about the development of international cooperation and move around the European labor market.
