The topic of the project is „Modern management and school functioning by means of ITC tools”. The main target of the project is self-improvement and self-education of teaching and administrative staff and the school headmasters. The context of the project will unable to get to know new solutions concerning school operating organization, implementation of new, modern information technologies, development of the linguistic skills, use of the English language by the participants of the project is supposed to develop the standard and quality of performance of all the school staff. The following people will take part in the mobility: School headmaster – 1 Assistant headmaster – 1 Administrative staff – 2 Teachers – 8 The undertaken activities include most of all: - preparatory English course, - workshops and trainings with the use of various technologies and information tools, - classes with the use of various methods and techniques (flipped learning, use of Blender, Adobe Flash programs) - participation in discursive panels about: the role of information technology in education, international certificates on the job market, differences in the education systems in the partner countries - workshops including: creating texts online (Intra-net), web security, management of the internet school register system, management of the school budget, development of the communication between school and teachers and student support systems. Additionally, there will be organized some visits in the schools and institutions of the project partners, meetings with town authorities and cultural meetings. The methods used in the project are: workshops, trainings, discussions, classes led by the project participants (in English) , lectures, visits and meetings. The planned result is the beneficial influence of the mobility on the participants of the both schools taking part in the project, the closest school environment, students and their parents. The most important result is the promotion of the schools in the region and finding a partner school. The implementation of the project will influence the long-term development of the skills achieved when doing the project. They are: language skills, interpersonal skills, new methods and techniques of the work with students, development of the work of school office, skillful and efficient use of the newly learned programs. The long-termed effect of the project is the opportunity to use the partnership in international cooperation in the future. The long-term influence of the project will be also felt because of the further motivation to the similar activities generating self-education, self-development and work ergonomics. The participation of the management staff in the project will positively influence the quality of school activity as an institution of high European standards. Popularization of the information gained and transferred during the implementation of the project within the local media and institutions may be also included into the project outcome.
