The objectives of the project were determined jointly by teachers and the headteacher, based on the needs of the school and its employees, so that the benefits of the trip apply not only to the participants, but also to the whole institution. The project helped to achieve the main goals which were to improve the quality of education in the Vocational School Complex in Giżycko in certain areas by improving the competence of teachers of English and to establish international cooperation.
