The project was made to let the staff develop their work quality connected with teaching and education of students so it would gave them knowledge and attitudes eager to further educationand then work in United Europe realities.The project realization is focused on getting necessary knowledge and experience with special emphasis on language skills, methodical and intercultural experience by the gropu of teachers from School Complex, who will initiate the basic aims ofthe project.19 people will take part in the project, teachers and headteacher represantatives – 16 women and 3 men who represent a wide range of teaching subjects: humanistic, science, first education, sport. They are teachers who not only use english language in limited range but also who know Eanglish or German in upper intermediate or advanced level (3 people). During the project the teachers will take a part in two-week-long courses which take place in England, Germany, Malta and Ireland with intention of improving their language skills, wide their cultural knowledge, knowing the education system in distination countries and improving methodical workshop (foreign language teachers).The priority of the accession of the school project is to support teachers and managers in their workshop work and to let them – by improving language competences - for inclusion in a European network of schools involved each other and sharing their experiences.In addition to the objective of improving the skills of school staff, people taking part in the Modern School without barriers project intend to contribute to the promotion of openness, tolerance and respect for diversity, including linguistic and intercultural (and then shaping these attitudes among students).Another objective of the project is to introduce innovative teaching methods (eg. Through CLIL or Integrated Teaching and learning Subject of involving the general subjects such as mathematics, geography, history, computer science or physical education in English) and the use of new tools for teaching and collaboration international ( np. technologii informacyjno – komunikacyjnych, platform e-learningowych lub innych narzędzi internetowych).The key activities undertaken in the framework of the project this will include:a. comprehensive preparation (linguistic, cultural, logistical, and to develop evaluation tools)b. Mobility (two-week training aimed at improving professional skills, observation techniques and methods conducting classes, establish international contacts, learn a foreign language and exchange of experience)c. dissemination (putting knowledge into everyday work and to disseminate the results achieved at school and beyond)d. evaluation (assessment participation in the project and its results through teaching staff, students and other persons connected with school)In order to effectively manage project, the beneficiary intends to divide it into four stages (formal, preparatory, realization, appraisingly - disseminating), and then each of them define the actions, procedures and evaluation form partial enables people to make any adjustments at the stage of its implementation.Results and long-term benefits of the project will be:a. improved language skills, which will translate into improved level of education (the use of internet resources, training for teachers in foreign languages, using the experiences of teachers from other countries, the use of multimedia in the classroom)b. increase knowledge on the culture and customs of other countries and use it to spread attitudes openness, tolerance among studentsc. establishing international contacts with representatives of European schools that allow you to cooperate eTwinning and internationally through direct exchanges of students and job shadowing programs. International contacts will also provide inspiration to take action and local projects that promote knowledge about the EU, its Member States and used in the languages.d. Participants in the project, other teachers and students get motivated to continuous development and self-education, regardless of age and gender, and also understand the possibilities offered by the EU.e. Rise assessment of the school as an institution abreast of the times, benefiting from emerging opportunities, proactively respond to the development of human resources and adequate education and upbringing of studentsf. Gained during the project implementation knowledge and experience (and the possibility of consultation with teachers from other countries) will facilitate and encourage school team to participate in future projectsg. Joint work on the project will contribute to the integration of the school team.
