The project is intended to didactic and non-didactic employees of Zespol Ksztalcenia i Wychowania in Bielkowko (Northern Poland) The main purpose of the project is to level up the quality of teaching and raising children with special needs and the others through familiarizing with solutions in education used in European Union.The partners are: IDEC S.A. - a consultancy, high tech and training company based in Piraeus Greece, and AR Vocational and Investment Solutions – ARVIS - a non-profit organisation in Suceava, the North East of Romania. The participants in groups of 5 will take part in six courses: 1. New Teachers for New Competencies: Personal competencies, teamworking and time management 23-27/1/2017 Greece2. Creativity Lab 30/1-3/2/2017 Greece3. Outdoors Education for All! - 17-21.07.2017 Portugal4. Effective Communication, Social Skills and Social Inclusion 2-6.08.2017 Portugal5. My students don't talk! -Creative methodology to develop active learning 21-25.08.2017 Spain6. Stress-free schools and classrooms 4-8/12/2017 GreeceThe teachers will have an opportunity to confront their knowledge and professional experience, as well as to improve the language and social skills to function in a foreign and multicultural environment, and to familiarize with work culture in another European country.The participants will receive EUROPASS MOBILITY certificates which will contribute to the improvement of their competitiveness on the work market.The project would have long and wide effects on other teachers, pupils, parents, local schools and territorial authorities. The final element of the project will be a closing conference, during which the participants will receive certificates and present the effects of the project : final report and a multimedia presentation.
