Nowe doświadczenia zawodowe uczniów ZS CKR Nowosielce - praktyki w Unii Europejskiej

The present project petitioned by ZSCKR in Nowosielce is entitled “New job experiences for students at ZSCKR in Nowosielce – training practice in European Union”. The practice begins on 1st August 2016 and finishes on 31st December 2017. In the project we considered organizing training period abroad in Ireland for two groups of 20 students and their 2 teacher carers. The firs group will take part in the practice at the turn of September and October 2016 and the second group in spring 2017. Students who will take part in the project are 17 – 20 years old and come from Podkarpacie province in Poland. They come from rural areas in Podkarpacie province which faces high unemployment rates. The unemployment rates for November 2015 amount 19,9% for Lesko district, 18,7% for Bieszczady district, 9,7% for Sanok district, 20,2% for Brzozów district (according to figures issued by Unemployment Office in Rzeszów). The project participants train to be vets, agricultural mechanics, renewable energy technicians. During their abroad practices there will be English speaking teachers. The project uses ECVET system and gives their students possibilities to get such documents as EUROPASS certificate of completing an abroad apprenticeship in Polish and English language. The main goals of the present project is increasing the employment possibilities at the job market through gaining job and foreign language job-related abilities as well as increasing their mobility and flexibility on job market. We would like the participants of the project to develop their key job-related competences in order to build strong and modern European Union job market. We aim at introducing more and more professionally active people into the job market. Thanks to these goals our project corresponds with the principles of Erasmus+ programme and the strategy concerning Europe 2020 development.Student will take part in the traineeship in Irish companies which are represented by Your International Training FBD House, The Spasquare, Mallow Co.Cork. The headmaster of our school has interviewed mentioned above companies and he personally talked with the representative of the company who visited our school and discussed YIT proposition. Students will broaden the scope of vet, agricultural mechanics, renewable energy business activity.Our project includes a lot of students’ training before their abroad traineeship as well as modular tasks which will influence greatly their job competences. The effects of the modular tasks will serve to promote the effects of our project.The Podkarpacie region will benefit greatly from the project and it will also contribute to creating qualified workforce in the region. The project may also encourage new investors and have influence on the development of job market.Our school can also develop greatly thanks to the project as we will be able to offer educational offers better adjusted to the present job market needs. Our school is eager to continue pro-European way of education and send their students on abroad traineeship until 2020 and that is why we would like to attempt to be given an accreditation from National Agency.
