The project name of the project " New Beginning-EVS" is associated with hosting / 2 people / Volunteers in Association „NAVIGATOR " in the city of Pazardzhik, Bulgaria . The aim is through direct or indirect participation in the activities , the work of the host organization " NAVIGATOR ". Volunteers activities provided under the project to acquire new knowledge and skills , competences / non-formal education / . Personal example , team work , communication a new language , explore new customs and traditions will enrich volunteers and give them : • The opportunities for acquiring knowledge and competences; • Development of communication skills and work with children and young people • Acquisition of language skills / written and spoken Bulgarian language / • Direct work with projects • Acquisition of skills for teamwork. • Improved creativity and innovation methods approach in working with young people from different age groups. • Make new friends and dating • Learning about the customs and culture of the host country. • Understanding of natural and cultural attractions in Pazardzhik in Bulgaria. • Social and intercultural skills. • European identity. Duration of the project activities of the volunteers - 12/ months / 01.10.2015 - 30.09.2016 / Аctivities: Volunteers will participate in educational activities , educational services , social support, informal activities and other supporting initiatives of the host organization . Their role will be consistent with the capabilities and competencies . Mission volunteers will always be under the guidance of a supervisor . Volunteers will have the opportunity to represent their country and culture by organizing food , exhibitions, slide shows - personal project. Volunteers will participate in educational activities educators by helping young people from different age groups. The activities will be primarily aimed at rationalization of leisure time of young people working on projects , work to association “NAVIGATOR” , promotion of volunteering.
