Mobility in Ireland will involve 9 teachers of vocational medical subjects , 5 teachers of English in vocational education and career-eductional counselor. The teachers will take part in one-week stay in February 2015 in Irish Dublin where they will be engaged in the work programme focused on the examples of good practice in the Irish medical vocational education, methods of teaching vocational subjects, connection of theory and practice and cooperatio with employers in terms of arrangement of practical training and trends in the field of English in vocational education in relation to the demands of employers. Programme will be focused on the visits in the institutions, which are relevant for the concerned programme, that is for schools of the similar specialisation, employers, methodic centre of college, lecture held by specialist in vocational education etc. The techers will learn more about know-how in this field in form of visits in lessons, dialogue with Irish colleagues and in the form of implementation of practical samples. The impact of the project can be seen in these fields: improvement of pedagogic work of the involved teachers, transfer of interesting and perspective approaches in organising the vocational training for pupils and preparation for future pupils internships in Ireland.
