ATEP developed this project with the goal of enabling its employees a series of activities to improve their individual and collective performance as a school, which will be reflected in the quality learning available to their students and provide them with knowledge that enable them to increase their chances of employability. Thus, we intend to provide training / courses in partner organizations in areas central in terms of school modernization (briefly, Project Management, ICT, Languages and Pedagogical Methods). This learning will be later transferred to the day-to-day of school for the dissemination of their results to other employees and integrated into daily teaching practice by updating methods and teaching strategies. It is also intended that this experience would enable the elements responsible for coordinating better skills for future projects and to open the doors to other international cooperation projects as well as increase the areas of courses at our school. The number of practitioners will be 19 members spread over several courses in 7 countries. Participants are employees of ATEP, especially their teachers, who, despite his training in educational and scientific area, in a continuous improvement perspective, can improve their skills at various levels. According to the areas of the planned courses, it is intended that participants can: - Develop skills using specific IT tools; - Develop computer skills as an educational support tool; - Develop project management skills; - Reflect on their performance and their teaching methods; - Know different ways of working with / teach young people; - Acquire new teaching methods; - Developing language skills. In terms of impact, it is expected that participants in IT to increase their capacity in the use of IT tools, allowing it to provide an increase in the use of new teaching tools in the classroom, giving students technological knowledge that will improve their employability and look to the future of a promising way. In the case of language courses, is expected to improve the employees hability to participatie and monitorize mobility projects and international cooperation projects. In terms of courses related to teaching methods, it is expected that there is its applicability in day-to-day and that, consequently, brings better achievement and increase students motivation. In terms of organization, it is expected that these activities have a double impact. On one hand, in terms of project management methodologies (either by attended training, or through the project management experience), with the acquisition of know-how of great value which can be easily implemented into new activities (either as a participant or as organizer), and extending its network of contacts and international partners. On the other hand, in terms of ATEP image as a school focused on Europe and differentiated learning opportunities. To this end, the communication strategy and dissemination are essential because they will allow learning to be replicated to local and regional educators, by organizing training events (workshops) open to the outside (and in future allow ATEP to be promoter of training activity within the philosophy of this project). These two aspects will contribute, no doubt, to the modernization and innovation of the organization itself and the services it provides.
