NOUVEAU PROJET NOUVEAU DEPART
Start date: Jul 1, 2016, End date: Jun 30, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

This project addresses to 60 pupils from Baccalauréat Vente /ASSP.It concerns the following two sectors :• Tertiary commercial• Service to the personOur school project is based on the reception of young people in great difficulty and the reduction of the number of pupils leaving school without a diploma. Our main goals are to develop the capacities, skills, know-how and self-management, which allow them to follow a gratifying school career.Though, the teaching staff adapts to the level of difficulty of the pupils, respects their rhythm, tries to restore their self-confidence and involve them in their learning. We’re expecting a wide range of results :• For the pupil :Many of our young are coming from socio-economically disadvantaged classes. The limits of the city, or of the department are rarely crossed. On one hand, the training period abroad is going to allow the conquest of self-esteem, and on the other hand, the opening out to to a foreign country and culture. It's going to encourage the openness (personal, cultural, professional). It is also an excellent way to develop language skills !!!• For the establishment :The training periods abroad are matching with our school project. They improve the opening of training courses and teachers towards international horizons. They also tend to reduce career inequalities by improving the academic performance of our pupils.Forward, we consider opening our teachers, our French host companies to foreign experiences and practices thanks to our students. Finally, our project corresponds to the axes fixed by the academic policy of the Academy of Toulouse :• improving the general level of education• fighting against school dropout• boosting school well-being and pleasure of learning• reducing school career inequalities. The mobility project aims to foster the personal development and skills of our pupils to open them up internationally, and can contribute to improve their employability. The project is managed by the Steering Committee, composed of language and professional teachers, the accountant, the technical director and the headmaster. Each member plays a specific part in its management. It is designed around training periods that our pupils must carry out within their courses : activities negotiated before, direct or indirect evaluations taken into account for their graduation.
