Youth Pass will have a major role in the recognition of learning of the participants and it can bring a lot of benefit to them when looking for work or applying for a study place.Sending organisations will gain valuable experience in international cooperation, and they can find it easier to support a participant forward in life, with the help of the experience participant had during the program. Organizations can also use experience of the participants as an example to other young people, and encourage them to try to push their boundaries, to participate in international projects and to find a new direction in their lives. The host organization receives positive visibility through the project and will be able to promote interaction between cultures as well as internationalization to Finnish youth.
