The aim of the study is to develop an application for an Interreg project by making contact with potential partners. The aim is also to discuss the project design and content with other stakeholders such as the Universities of Tromsø, Luleå and Rovaniemi. The content, arrangement and structure will also be constructed together with companies that are the primary target.
