Project " Youth power and society" is youth seminar project in Võru county, Estonia. The seminar will be held in Rõuge by Rõuge Municipality Government on 2nd-5th January 2014. The aim of the project is to share with young people and decision makers young people´s role in society and vice versa. In communication with different level ( local, county, parliament and EU parliament) decision makers and young people will get to know each other better, share visions, find common interests. Strong social cohesion between different groups is important to take account every partner visions for common future creating. Rural regions have problems with high level young people emigration to big cities. For sustainable rural live development we need better cooperation. Young people are decision makers in future society and taking care of young people today every community guarantee sustainable community life in future. Sharing visions, values, needs and expectations is helpful to make youth friendly decisions. During this project young people will get better understanding about decision making process and young people role in society. Non-formal activities and common learning process reduce barriers between institutions and young people.
