There are five parishes in the area Võrtsjärv. In this area we have young people who are active in participating in different events and helping out the organizers. Also they are trying to bring other youngsters to the activities, make them more active in the community. These youngsters dreams is to help less active young people become more active and already active youngsters help to become young leaders. Unfortunately the youngsters who are trying to activate other youngster around them are not succeeding. They feel, that they need some " tools" to do that more efficiently. These tools are: changing experiences with the youngster form different countries and backgrounds, analysing themselves, master new knowlege about how to attract and motivate other youngster around them. How to find motivation for themselves. Hear success stories from other youngster form other countries. The youthexchange will be held in Estonia and the participating orgnisation is Euregio Pskov-Livonia that includes countries Latvia and Russia. Participants age is 16 and older and there will be 12 participants from each country. Lenght will be one week. Activities we are planning to do: improve young peole key competences learning from the others experience ideacoffee and ideamarkets will be held introducing different techics how to attract other people to your activities how to find inner motivation and how to motivate others working out a sertificate for young leaders how to analyse yourself Innfluence we are hoping to obtain: Rual area youngster in a cooperation with partners from Latvia and Russia have mastered the needed "tools" to activate other youngsters around them, know how to become form active young to young leader and overall back- up local area development.
